Thadahathi, the 102 year old is the latest elected ward member of Pudukulam village, Madhurai. She has been elected to the post in the recent civic elections held in TN. The grand old lady became the unanimous choice of the villagers as she has been in the forefront regarding dispensing of medical care to the village for many decades.

President of the village, P Muthuramalingam said, “She would go and help any person in distress voluntarily.”
